Can You Ever Forgive Me? is just the movie to pivot Melissa McCarthy towards more serious fare a la Steve Carell and once you see it you'll know there's a good chance she earns her second Oscar nomination to push her further in that direction. With a fantastic supporting turn from Richard E. Grant and a behind the scenes team of Marielle Heller and Nicole Holofcener, it's the must-see of the week. Check it out at Dipson Theatres Amherst and Eastern Hills.
