Three more selections from #TIFF arrive in #Buffalo this weekend that span multiple genres. We have:
• Some Midnight Madness flair with Assassination Nation at both AMC Theatres; Regal Cinemas Elmwood, Transit & Galleria.
• Michael Moore's latest politicized documentary Fahrenheit 11/9 at Dipson Theatres Amherst; AMC Market Arcade; Regal Elmwood, Transit & Galleria; and Flix Stadium 10
• The wild "see it to believe it" melo-dramedy Life Itself from "This Is Us" creator Dan Fogelman at Dipson Amherst; AMC Maple Ridge; Regal Elmwood, Transit & Galleria; and Flix
There's also two more indies and a kid's horror film (from Eli Roth no less) opening too:

The Toronto International Film Festival isn't even over until Sunday and yet the films have already started to trickle their way to local theaters with both The Predator and White Boy Rick hitting #Buffalo's AMC Theatres, Regal Cinemas, and Flix Stadium 10. It'll be interesting to see how recent controversy affects the former's box office (if there was an audience for a new entry to the franchise anyway), but I do hope the latter does well as I genuinely enjoyed its true-life story a lot.
The independent scene has what many are calling an Oscar-worthy performance from Glenn Close in The Wife Film arriving at Dipson Theatres Amherst and Eastern Hills. And North Park Theatre has you pet lovers set with the service dog documentary Pick Of The Litter.

The 2018 Sundance Grand Jury Prize-winning film from Desiree Akhavan comes to #Buffalo this weekend. This is great for two reasons: The Miseducation of Cameron Post is a must-see and we just happen to be showing the director's debut APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center on 9/19. So check out Akhavan's latest at Dipson Theatres Eastern Hills now and go back with us to where her career began in two weeks.
Also on the indie front are two films running for one week only at North Park Theatre. They will be playing both MEMOIR OF WAR and Sicily: Land of Love and Strife (check their site for showtimes).
